INGRAFTA

Terms of Use

Effective date: November 3, 2026

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ingrafta Inc., a Texas corporation (“Ingrafta”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to our website, the Wealth Architecture membership and the Wealth Dashboard app, on the web and, once available, on iOS and Android. The current version is always at ingrafta.com/terms and in the app under Privacy & Settings.

Please read these Terms carefully. Two parts matter most:

  • Automatic renewal. A Wealth Architecture membership renews automatically, and we charge your payment method each month, until you cancel. See Section 7.
  • Not advice. Wealth Architecture is education and tools, not investment, tax or legal advice. Ingrafta is not a registered investment advisor, broker, accountant or law firm. See Section 18.

The short version

This summary helps you find your way. The full Terms below are what count.

  • You must be 18 or older. One person per account. Keep your login to yourself.
  • The membership is not yet available in the EU, the European Economic Area or the UK (Section 3).
  • The membership is $30 a month in US dollars. That is the whole price, including any tax. We charge you when you join and every month after that until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for. After you cancel, you are not charged again. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund (Section 7.7).
  • When your Membership ends, your account and everything you entered in the App are deleted. Download your data before then.
  • Your figures and notes are yours. We host them to run the Services for you. We do not sell them, use them for advertising or use them to train AI.
  • The Playbook, the app and everything else we make are licensed to you for your own use. You may not copy, share or resell them, build a course, product or app from them, or use them to train AI. The ideas and skills you learn are yours to use.
  • The Wealth Dashboard records and charts the figures you type in. It does not connect to your bank, move money, or tell you what to buy or which debt to pay first.
  • Opportunities discussed at workshops are education, not offers. Do your own diligence.
  • Consulting and 1:1 work with the founder run under their own written agreement.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Ingrafta Inc. owns and runs Wealth Architecture.

In these Terms, “Services” means:

  • our website at ingrafta.com (the “Site”);
  • the Wealth Architecture membership (the “Membership”);
  • the Wealth Dashboard app, on the web at app.ingrafta.com and, once available, on iOS and Android, where it is listed in the app stores as “Wealth Architecture” (the “App”);
  • the 30-Minute Wealth System Playbook (the “Playbook”) and The 7 Wealth Systems Checklist (the “Checklist”);
  • the Library in the App and, once available, the walkthrough videos in it;
  • live workshops and Q&A sessions, and recordings of the founder’s workshop presentations;
  • our emails, and The Profit Mechanic newsletter once it starts; and
  • any related content, features and support we provide.

“Materials” means everything we make available through the Services, other than Your Content: the Playbook, the Checklist, videos, workshop content and recordings, newsletters, and all text, images, charts, audio and other content.

“Your Content” means the figures, names, notes and other information you enter in the App, and the personal information in files and messages you send us (Section 14). It does not include Feedback (Section 22), a testimonial you let us publish (Section 19), or what you say, type or show in a workshop (Section 16.2).

“Member” means someone with an active Membership, whether paid or provided by us.

“Ingrafta Parties” means Ingrafta Inc. and its owners (including its founder), directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and licensors.

Our Privacy Policy at ingrafta.com/privacy explains how we handle personal information and your rights under privacy law. Please read it. It is a separate notice, not part of these Terms.

These Terms do not govern Ingrafta’s consulting services for businesses or 1:1 work with the founder, except as Section 20 says. That work runs under a separate written agreement.

2. Agreeing to these Terms

When you create an account in the App, with an email address or with Google, and when you join the Membership on our join page, we show you links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We ask you to tick a box to confirm that you are 18 or older, that you agree to these Terms, and that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you sign in without having ticked it, for example because you used Continue with Google from the Sign in screen or created your account before these Terms were published, the App asks you to tick it before you use the App, or you can sign out instead. Ticking that box forms a binding agreement between you and us. At checkout, we also ask you to agree separately to the automatic renewal terms in Section 7.2. We keep a record of when you agreed, which versions you agreed to, and the email address on your account at the time, for at least three years, or one year after your Membership ends if that is longer, even after your account is deleted.

When you ask for the Checklist, the form says, next to its button, that by asking for it you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are 18 or older, with links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Asking for the Checklist means you agree to these Terms.

You do not need an account to browse the Site. If you only browse it, these Terms apply to that use where the law allows, and our copyright and trademarks protect the Site’s content either way. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

3. Who can use the Services

To create an account, join the Membership or ask for the Checklist, you must:

  • be 18 or older, and the age of majority where you live if that is higher;
  • not be barred from using the Services under the law of the United States or the place where you live, including sanctions laws (Section 32); and
  • not have had an account closed by us for breaking these Terms, unless we agree in writing.

The Services are not directed to children. We offer the Membership to people who live in a country that uses one of the currencies the App supports, where our payment processor, Stripe, can accept payment. Those currencies are the US, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong dollars, the euro, the British pound, the Swiss franc, the Japanese yen, the Indian rupee, the Mexican peso, the Brazilian real, the Philippine peso, the South African rand, the Polish zloty, the Danish and Norwegian krone and the Swedish krona. The Membership is not yet available to people who live in the European Union, the other countries of the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) or the United Kingdom. Prices are in US dollars, and Stripe charges you in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge and may add a fee. We update the list of currencies if the App’s currencies change.

4. Your account

  • An account is for one person. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your account.
  • Give us accurate information and keep your email address current. We send important notices to it.
  • Keep your password secret, and do not use it anywhere else. You are responsible for what happens under your account, unless it happens because we failed to protect it.
  • Tell us right away at info@ingrafta.com if you think someone else has used your account.
  • We may refuse a sign-up, or close an account that was opened with false information.

5. What the Services include

5.1 The Site and the Checklist

Anyone can visit the Site. The Checklist is free (Section 10).

5.2 The Membership

While your Membership is active, it includes:

  • Everything in the Checklist.
  • The Playbook. A PDF copy emailed to you when you join. That copy is yours to keep under the license in Section 11.2. The latest edition is also in the Library while you are a Member.
  • The Wealth Dashboard. Access to the App on the web, and on iOS and Android once our store apps are available, including the Library and, once they are available, its walkthrough videos. See Section 6.
  • A live monthly workshop with Q&A. It is held by video conference on Zoom, and the founder hosts it. We email Members the date and link. See Section 16.
  • Quarterly Network Capital and Opportunity Fund building opportunities, discussed within the monthly workshops as teaching examples. We aim to discuss one each quarter, but how often they come depends on what is available, so we do not promise one every quarter. See Section 17.

5.3 Accounts without a Membership

An account is for using the Membership. If you create an account and do not join within 30 days, we delete it. If you created your account before the App required a Membership, the 30 days count from the day it began to require one. When your Membership ends, your account closes and is deleted with everything in it (Section 24.4).

5.4 1:1 work and consulting

These are covered by Section 20.

6. The Wealth Dashboard: what it does and does not do

The App records, organizes and charts the figures you type in: your cash flow, the holdings in your Growth Engine and Opportunity Fund, your liabilities, your Risk Buffer, your budget, your decision journal, your network contacts and your weekly reviews.

The App does not:

  • connect to your bank, brokerage or any other financial account, or ask for your login to one;
  • hold, move, invest or manage money, or place trades;
  • recommend which account to fund, which debt to pay first, or which investment to buy, sell or hold; or
  • check your figures against any bank or other record.

New accounts start with default settings, such as a 50/30/20 cash-flow split, a 3-month Risk Buffer target and a starter list of budget categories, so the screens are not empty. They are placeholders you can change, not recommendations for you.

Its totals, charts and percentages are only as accurate as the figures you enter. Some figures it shows are estimates, such as the amount still owed on a loan. Any gain or percentage it calculates comes from your own entries and is shown only to you. It is not a forecast, and it is not a measure of anything we did. Currency is a label you choose, and the App does not convert currencies.

Keep your own records of anything important. You can download your data at any time while you have an account (Section 14.4).

In the iOS and Android App, once available, the optional weekly reminder is a notification scheduled on your phone. It stays off unless you turn it on.

7. Membership, billing and automatic renewal

7.1 Price and plans

The Membership costs $30 a month in US dollars. That is the whole price, including any tax (Section 7.9). Checkout shows the price, the billing period and any other terms of your plan before you pay.

7.2 Automatic renewal

YOUR MEMBERSHIP RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY UNTIL YOU CANCEL. When you join, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge the payment method you give us $30 (USD), including any tax, on the day you join and again on or about the same day each month after that, until you cancel.

The price may change, but only after we email you under Section 7.8, between 14 and 30 days before your first charge at the new price, with instructions for canceling. There is no minimum term and no minimum purchase: you can cancel at any time after you join.

You can cancel at any time from Account & Billing, in the web App at app.ingrafta.com or, once available, in the iPhone or Android App, or by emailing info@ingrafta.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. When your Membership ends, your account and everything you entered are deleted (Section 24.4). Payments are non-refundable except as Section 7.7 says.

Checkout shows these terms next to the button you press to join and asks for your separate consent to them before we charge you. After you join, we email you a confirmation with these terms, our cancellation policy and how to cancel. Where the law requires, we also send a yearly reminder of your plan and how to cancel.

7.3 When you are charged

We charge you on the day you join. Each renewal then starts on the same day of each billing period, at the time of day you joined, and Stripe takes the payment as Section 7.7 describes. If that day does not exist in a month (for example, the 31st), the renewal starts on the last day of that month. Stripe keeps these times in Coordinated Universal Time, so in your time zone a renewal can fall on the day before or after.

7.4 Free trials and introductory prices

We do not currently offer a free trial. If we offer a free trial or an introductory price, checkout will show how long it lasts, the price you will pay after it ends, and the date of the first full charge. Where the law requires, we will remind you before it ends. If you cancel before it ends, you will not be charged the full price.

7.5 How to cancel

You can cancel online at any time with the Cancel membership button, in the web App at app.ingrafta.com and, once available, in the iPhone and Android Apps. It is in Account & Billing, or, if a payment has not gone through or the App first asks you to agree to these Terms, on the screen the App shows you instead. You can also cancel by emailing info@ingrafta.com from the email address on your account. You do not need to call anyone or give a reason. When you cancel, we do not make you read or listen to offers to stay. We show you one only if you ask for it, and the cancel button stays on screen the whole time. We confirm your cancellation by email.

Deleting the App from your phone does not cancel your Membership. If you delete your account while your Membership is active, we cancel your Membership at the same time, and your access ends right away, even if time is left in the period you have paid for. That unused time is not refunded, except where the law requires it (Section 7.7). To use the rest of your paid period, cancel instead: your account is then deleted when the period ends (Section 24.4).

7.6 When cancellation takes effect

Canceling stops future charges. Your Membership stays active, and you keep access, until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. When it ends, your access to the App, the Library, workshops and member emails ends, and your account is deleted with everything in it (Section 24.4).

7.7 Refunds

When you cancel, we do not charge you again. Payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time, except where we say otherwise in writing or where the law of the place you live gives you a right to a refund. Those rights include a right to withdraw or cancel within a set number of days after you join and a right to a refund if the Services are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.

Timing at renewal. Each renewal starts on your renewal date, and Stripe usually takes the payment about an hour later. It can take longer: for a card issued in India, Stripe waits about 26 hours after your bank’s advance notice; and if the first attempt fails, Stripe tries again later (Section 7.10). If you cancel after Stripe has taken the renewal payment or started processing it, that payment goes through, unless it fails or your bank stops it, and it pays for the new billing period; you keep access until that period ends. If you cancel before then, including while a failed payment is waiting to be retried, we stop that payment and you are not charged for the new period. Your Membership then ends right away, because the period you paid for has already ended. If no payment has failed, your account is deleted within the hour, so download your data first; if a payment has failed, you have 30 days to download it (Section 24.4). You are not charged again after that.

If we end your Membership without cause (Section 24.2), or stop offering the Membership (Section 23), we refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

7.8 Price changes

We may change the price of the Membership. If we change it for existing Members, we email you between 14 and 30 days before your first charge at the new price. The email tells you the new price, the date of that charge and how to cancel. If you do not want to pay it, cancel before that charge.

7.9 Taxes

The price we show is the whole price you pay: it includes any sales tax, VAT or similar tax, and nothing is added at checkout. If we ever add tax on top of the price, we treat it as a price change under Section 7.8.

7.10 Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe tries it again over the next 14 days, and we email you so you can update your payment method. Your access continues while Stripe retries. If the payment has not gone through by the last retry, your Membership ends. You then have 30 days to download Your Content before your account is deleted (Section 24.4).

7.11 Who processes payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, under its own terms and privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). It handles your card details. We do not receive or store your full card number.

7.12 Charges you think are wrong

If you think we charged you in error, contact us first at info@ingrafta.com so we can fix it. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead, we may pause the member features of your account while the dispute is open. You can still download or delete Your Content (Section 14.4).

8. Buying through the App Store or Google Play

The Membership is sold only on the web: you join from ingrafta.com and pay on Stripe’s checkout page. It is not sold through the App Store or Google Play. On the US App Store, the iOS App may link to ingrafta.com for joining, and to the web App at app.ingrafta.com to manage billing or keep your Membership. On other storefronts, the iOS App does not sell the Membership or show its price. The Android App does not sell the Membership or show its price either: it may say that the Membership is purchased at ingrafta.com, and that you can update your card or keep your Membership by signing in at app.ingrafta.com. If you joined on the web, sign in to the App with the same account to use it there. These Terms govern billing, cancellation and refunds.

9. EU and UK consumers: your right to withdraw

The Membership is not yet available in the EU, the European Economic Area or the UK (Section 3), so nothing in this Section applies for now. Any right to withdraw that the law where you live gives you still applies (Section 7.7).

10. The free Checklist, the newsletter and our emails

10.1 The Checklist

The Checklist is free. When you ask for it, you give us your email address, and we email you a message with a button that confirms your address and opens the Checklist. If the box for follow-up emails is ticked when you ask, we may then send you a short series of emails about putting the seven systems to work and about the Membership. We never send them unless that box is ticked. It starts ticked for most visitors, and unticked if your device is set to a time zone used in Europe (including the EU, the UK and Switzerland), in Canada or elsewhere in the EU, or to one our website cannot match to a place. You can tick or untick it before you ask. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy says more. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any of them. The Privacy Policy explains how we use your email address.

The Checklist is free for your personal use, and you may print it for yourself. Without the prior express written consent of Ingrafta Inc., you may not sell, republish, post, adapt or rebrand it, or use it to train artificial intelligence technologies or systems. To share it, send people to ingrafta.com/checklist. Brief quotations with credit are permitted.

10.2 The Profit Mechanic

The Profit Mechanic is a newsletter for Members, and a work in progress. We will start sending it once there are enough Members for it to be worth reading, and we will email Members when it starts. Until it starts, it is not part of the Membership, and we do not promise a start date. Like everything else we publish, it will be general commentary, not advice about anyone’s situation (Section 18).

10.3 Service emails

While you have an account, we send you the emails needed to run the Services: sign-in and security emails, your joining email with the Playbook, receipts, renewal and price-change notices, confirmations when you cancel or withdraw, a reminder before your Membership ends and a notice when it has ended, workshop links and recordings, and notices about these Terms. These are not marketing, so you cannot unsubscribe from them while you have an account. Section 33 says more.

11. Your license to use the Services and Materials

11.1 The general license

Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the Services and Materials for your own personal and household finances, and those of a business you own or run, and not for anyone else. In plain words: the license is for you alone; you cannot sell it, pass it on or let anyone else use it; it does not stop us licensing the same things to others; and we can end it only as Section 24 says. The Materials are licensed to you, not sold. This license lasts while you have access, and it ends as Section 24 says.

11.2 The Playbook

The Playbook is licensed to you, not sold. Your purchase or Membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read it, print one copy for yourself, and use its methods for your own finances and those of a business you own or run (Section 11.1). Without the prior express written consent of Ingrafta Inc., you may not copy, share, post, upload, resell, translate or adapt any part of it, or use any part of it to create a course, coaching program, template, spreadsheet, app or other product. No part of the Playbook may be used or reproduced for the purpose of training artificial intelligence technologies or systems. Brief quotations with credit, and other uses the law allows, are permitted.

The copy emailed to you when you join is yours to keep: your license to that copy continues after your Membership ends, unless it ends because you broke Section 12. Newer editions in the Library are available to you only while you are a Member. Do not remove or alter any name stamped on your copy, or any other notice in it.

11.3 The App

You may install and use the App on devices you own or control, and use the web App, for your own use under Section 11.1 while you have an account. If you downloaded the App from an app store, Section 30 also applies.

11.4 Videos, workshops and recordings

You may watch the walkthrough videos and workshops, and any workshop recording we send you, for your own personal use. Except for a recording we send you to download, do not download, copy, share, post or re-stream them, and do not pass on their links.

11.5 Open-source and third-party parts

Some parts of the App, such as open-source software, icons and fonts, belong to others and are licensed under their own licenses. Those licenses govern those parts, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under them.

12. What you may not do

Unless we agree in writing, or the law allows it despite this Section, you may not, and may not help anyone else to:

  1. copy, share, post, upload, sell, resell, rent, lend, sublicense, translate, adapt or distribute any part of the Services or Materials, except as Section 11 allows;
  2. share your login, let anyone else use your account, or share, sell or transfer access to the Membership;
  3. pass on download or streaming links, or get around any access control, paywall, rate limit or other technical measure;
  4. use the Materials or the App, or any text, chart, worksheet, example, screen or other content copied, adapted or derived from them, to create, market or improve a course, coaching program, workshop, template, spreadsheet, app, dashboard, book or other product or service;
  5. copy or imitate the App’s screens, layouts, charts or overall look and feel, or use images or recordings of the App to design or market another product;
  6. use the Materials or the App to provide services to others, for example by entering a client’s figures in your account, or by handing out, presenting or teaching from the Materials;
  7. use any part of the Services or Materials to train, fine-tune, test or improve an artificial intelligence technology or system, or put them into an AI tool or service that may use them for that purpose;
  8. scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Services with a robot, script or other automated means (public search engines may index the Site’s public pages);
  9. decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the App, or try to work out its source code or database structure, except to the extent the law expressly allows despite this restriction;
  10. test, scan or probe the security of the Services, or break or get around any security measure. If you find a security problem, tell us at info@ingrafta.com, and do not use or share it;
  11. interfere with or overload the Services, or upload viruses or other harmful code;
  12. remove, change or hide any copyright, trademark, name stamp or other notice;
  13. use our names, logos or trademarks, or anything confusingly similar to them, in a business, product, course or app name, domain name, social media handle, username or search advertising keyword, or suggest that we endorse or are connected with you or your business, without our written permission. You may use our names in plain text to refer to us or our products truthfully;
  14. impersonate anyone, or give us false information;
  15. enter information in the App that you have no right to enter, or use the Services to break any law or anyone else’s rights; or
  16. use the Services in breach of sanctions or export laws (Section 32).

These limits protect our Materials, our App and our marks. They do not stop you from using the general ideas and skills you learn from us, or from working in any trade or profession, as long as you do not copy, adapt or pass off our Materials or our App.

Except for Section 15 (other people’s details), nothing in these Terms limits what you do with Your Content or your data download. Nothing in these Terms stops you from (a) giving an honest review of, or opinion about, Ingrafta or the Services, anywhere, including a brief quotation with credit or a screenshot of your own dashboard; or (b) reporting a possible violation of law to the SEC or any other government agency or regulator, or taking part in its investigation, without telling us first.

13. Our intellectual property and trademarks

The Services and Materials are owned by Ingrafta Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The Wealth Dashboard app, including its software, screens, layouts, charts, icons, text and overall look and feel, is owned by Ingrafta Inc. and protected by copyright and other laws, apart from the third-party parts described in Section 11.5. We keep all rights we do not expressly give you in these Terms.

Our copyright covers how the Materials and the App express the seven systems: their text, charts, worksheets and examples, the selection, order and presentation of their content, and the App’s software and screens. We do not claim to own the general ideas behind them.

We expressly reserve all rights to text and data mining of the Services and Materials, including under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. In plain words: no one may copy the Services or Materials to analyze them by automated means, including to train AI, without our written permission, except that public search engines may index the Site’s public pages.

INGRAFTA™, WEALTH ARCHITECTURE™, PROFIT MECHANIC™, the raccoon badge logo, and related names, logos and trade dress are trademarks of Ingrafta Inc. and may not be used without written permission. Other names and tools belong to their owners, are used only to identify them, and imply no endorsement or affiliation. Apple, App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of their owners.

For permissions, or to report misuse of our Materials, write to info@ingrafta.com or PO Box 800334, Dallas, TX 75380, USA.

14. Your content and data

14.1 You own Your Content

Your Content includes the balances, cash flow, budgets, liabilities, account and deal names, journal entries, network contacts, weekly notes and settings you enter in the App, and the personal information in files and messages you send us. You own it.

14.2 Our limited license to it

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, back up, process, transmit and display Your Content, only as needed to provide, secure and support the Services for you, to enforce these Terms, to comply with the law, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell Your Content, use it for advertising, use it to train artificial intelligence models or put it into artificial intelligence tools. Section 4 of the Privacy Policy sets out these and our other promises about the figures and notes you enter. We look at the figures or notes in your account only when you ask us for help and give us permission, when we need to investigate a security problem, a fault affecting your account or suspected misuse (including a suspected breach of these Terms), when we need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, or when the law requires it.

This license ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies kept in backups for the limited time the Privacy Policy describes.

14.3 Your responsibilities

You are responsible for Your Content: for its accuracy, and for having the right to enter it. The App does not need any of the following, so do not enter them in it:

  • bank, card or other financial account numbers, or passwords or logins to any account;
  • Social Security, passport or other government ID numbers; or
  • details about your health or medical care, or other sensitive personal details, in names, journal notes or other free text. (Amounts against a budget category such as “Doctor” are fine: we treat them like any other figure.)

14.4 Downloading and deleting your data

You can download a copy of Your Content at any time until your account is deleted, from Privacy & Settings > Your data > Download my data or, once your Membership has ended, with Download my data on the screen the App shows you instead. Your account is deleted when your Membership ends (Section 24.4), so download anything you want to keep before then. You can correct or delete individual entries in the App. Some things are archived rather than deleted, such as a holding with history, or an income source or budget category you remove. Archived items stay in your account, and in your download, until your account is deleted. The App also keeps a history of every balance you record, including readings you later remove. That history stays until your account is deleted. (A holding that still has readings, or a debt that still has payments, can only be archived. If you delete every reading and payment for a holding and then the holding itself, its history goes too.)

You can delete your account and everything in it, either in the App from Privacy & Settings > Delete my account, or by emailing info@ingrafta.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We complete a request sent by email within 14 days. Deletion is permanent, and we cannot bring your data back, so download it first if you want a copy. The Privacy Policy explains how long deleted data may remain in backups.

14.5 Security

We take reasonable steps to protect Your Content. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that yours will never be accessed without permission. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

15. Other people’s details in your Network list

The App lets you keep a Network list with other people’s names, titles, contact details and notes. Those people have not signed up to our Services. If you add someone:

  • you confirm that you have a lawful reason to keep their details, and you will use them only for your own networking;
  • add only what you need, and do not add sensitive details about them;
  • do not use the list to send spam or any message the law does not allow;
  • delete their details if they ask you to, or if the law requires it; and
  • keep any download of your data private, because it includes their details.

If someone contacts us about their details in a Member’s Network list, we will handle the request as the Privacy Policy describes. That may include asking the Member to remove them.

16. Workshops, Q&A and member conduct

16.1 How workshops run

Workshops are held live by video conference on Zoom, whose own terms also apply when you use it. The founder hosts them. We email Members the date and link. If we change a workshop’s date, time or topic, we tell Members by email. Workshop content is general education (Section 18).

16.2 Recording

We record only the founder’s presentation, and we stop recording before questions and answers. While recording is on, members’ microphones are muted, and the recording does not show members’ names, faces or chat. We say when recording starts and stops. We do not use Zoom’s AI note-taker or AI meeting summaries. After each workshop, we email Members a link to download the recording. The recording is available to download for 3 months after the workshop.

What you say, type or show in a workshop stays yours, and we do not record it. We will not use your name, image or voice from a workshop in our marketing, or anywhere else, without your separate written permission.

16.3 Keeping other members’ information private

Members may talk about their own finances, businesses and plans. Keep to yourself anything another member shares, and anything we describe as confidential, including the details of any opportunity discussed under Section 17. Do not record, screenshot or transcribe a workshop, or use an AI note-taker or bot in one (other than using the recording we send you). Do not share another member’s information, image or words outside the session, and do not use names, contact details or other information you learn about members through the Services to market to them or add them to a list.

We ask every member to follow this Section, but we cannot control what other members do, and we are not responsible if one of them breaks it. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.

This Section does not cover information that is already public, or that the law requires you to disclose, and it is subject to the last paragraph of Section 12.

16.4 Conduct

In workshops, in emails and anywhere else members meet, be respectful. Do not:

  • harass, threaten, demean or discriminate against anyone;
  • promote, sell or pitch products, services or investments to members, or ask members for money or investment;
  • offer your services to members as an advisor, broker, agent or promoter;
  • share anything unlawful or misleading, or that infringes anyone’s rights; or
  • disrupt a session.

We may mute or remove anyone from a session, and suspend or end their Membership under Section 24.

16.5 Dealings between members

If you meet or deal with another member, including about a business or an investment, you do so at your own risk. We are not a party to any dealing between members. We do not check anyone’s background, claims or credentials, and we are not responsible for what another member says or does.

To the fullest extent the law allows, you release the Ingrafta Parties from claims arising out of your dealings with another member, or with anyone you meet or are introduced to through the Services, except to the extent a claim is caused by our own breach of these Terms, negligence or misconduct.

17. Network Capital and Opportunity Fund building opportunities

Within the monthly workshops, the founder may discuss business, property or investment opportunities, in public or private markets, as teaching examples of building Network Capital and an Opportunity Fund.

These sessions are for education and discussion only. When we discuss an opportunity:

  • it is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or any interest in any deal;
  • our choosing to discuss it is not a recommendation or an endorsement, or a statement that it is suitable for you or anyone else, and we do not carry out due diligence on it for you;
  • we do not act as a broker, dealer, finder, placement agent, advisor or intermediary for it, and we do not handle anyone’s money for it;
  • we do not hand out offering documents, subscription forms or investment terms for it, or collect indications of interest, in a workshop or through the Services;
  • Ingrafta receives no compensation from any issuer, sponsor, seller or other party for discussing it;
  • Ingrafta, the founder and people close to them may already hold, or may later buy or sell, an interest in a business, property or security we discuss. If Ingrafta or the founder holds an interest in an opportunity when we discuss it, we say so;
  • many private offerings are open only to accredited investors or others who meet legal requirements, and nothing we say means you qualify;
  • you must do your own research and diligence, and speak with licensed professionals, before you act; and
  • any decision to invest, and its result, is yours. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Nothing about any opportunity is guaranteed.

If the founder introduces you to another member or to anyone else, the introduction is only that. Anything that follows is between you and them (Section 16.5).

18. Not advice

Wealth Architecture is education and tools, not investment, tax or legal advice. Ingrafta is not a registered investment advisor, broker, accountant or law firm, and the founder does not act as your investment advisor, broker, accountant or lawyer. No purchase, membership, workshop, Q&A answer, introduction or use of the App makes any Ingrafta Party your advisor, broker or fiduciary. The content is general, not tailored to you. You are responsible for your own decisions, and you agree not to rely on the Services as advice about your own situation.

This applies to all the Services: the Site, the Playbook, the Checklist, the App, the Library, workshops and Q&A, and our emails (and The Profit Mechanic, once it starts). In particular:

  • The App calculates only from the figures and settings you enter, and it makes no recommendations. Its starting settings are placeholders (Section 6).
  • When the founder answers a question in a workshop or Q&A, the answer is general education for everyone present, not advice about your situation, even when your question is the example.
  • Nothing in the Services is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment or to pay off debts in any order.
  • Examples, figures and charts are hypothetical illustrations, not forecasts and not anyone’s results, and they ignore fees, taxes and inflation unless stated.
  • Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and no result is guaranteed.
  • Information was believed accurate when written, but laws, rates and markets change, and errors are possible.

Speak with a licensed professional before acting. The decisions and the results are yours.

19. Testimonials and results

Testimonials on the Site are the words and experiences of the people who gave them. They are not a promise, a prediction or a typical example of what you will achieve. Your results depend on you and your circumstances. We do not promise or predict any income, savings or investment return.

We publish a testimonial only with the permission of the person who gave it, and only in words they have approved. If we shorten or edit it, we do not change its meaning, and they approve the edited version first. We do not pay for reviews or reward people for positive ones, and we disclose any material connection between us and a reviewer, such as payment, free access, or a family or business relationship.

If you send us a testimonial, we ask you before we publish it. If you agree, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish it on the Site and in our marketing, in words you have approved, with your first name and last initial unless you agree to more. You can ask us to remove it at any time, and we will take it down from the Site and stop using it in new marketing.

20. 1:1 work with the founder and consulting services

“With the founder” (1:1 work with the founder) and Ingrafta’s consulting services for businesses are governed by a separate written agreement between you, or your business, and Ingrafta. That agreement sets the scope, fees, schedule, cancellation and refund terms for that work.

  • An introductory call or consultation does not create an engagement, a client relationship, or an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Only a written agreement signed or accepted by both of us does.
  • The Membership’s cancellation terms in Section 7 apply only to the Membership, not to 1:1 or consulting work.
  • If you are also a Member, including through the 1:1 tier, these Terms govern your Membership and your use of the Services. If the separate agreement conflicts with these Terms about the 1:1 or consulting work, the separate agreement controls.

21. Third-party services and links

The Services rely on other companies, for example for hosting and databases, payments, email, our email list, booking calls, our contact form, video calls and conferencing, app stores and sign-in with Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services. For example, when you book a call with us, you use Calendly, and the call runs on Zoom.

The Services may also link to websites, tools or calculators we do not control. Third-party websites, tools and calculators are outside our control. We are not responsible for them or their content, and a link is not an endorsement. You use them at your own risk.

22. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Services (“Feedback”), you give us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, without paying or crediting you, and we have no duty to keep it confidential. Please do not send us anything you want to keep confidential. This Section gives us no rights to Your Content.

23. Changes to the Services

We improve the Services over time. We may add, change or remove features or Materials for good reasons: to improve them, for security, to comply with the law, or because a supplier changes or stops its service.

  • If a change materially reduces what the Membership includes, we tell Members at least 30 days before it happens, unless we must act sooner for security or legal reasons.
  • If we stop offering the Membership, we give Members at least 30 days’ notice and refund the unused part of any period they have paid for.

We do not promise that the Services will always be available or free of errors. We may take them offline for maintenance or security.

24. Suspension and termination

24.1 By you

You may stop using the Services at any time. You can cancel the Membership under Section 7.5 and delete your account under Section 14.4.

24.2 By us

We may suspend or end your account or Membership, or your access to part of the Services:

  • if you break these Terms, or we reasonably believe you have, including Section 12 or Section 16;
  • if a payment is not made (Section 7.10); or
  • if we need to, to protect the Services or other users, or because the law requires it.

We tell you why and give you notice where it is practical and lawful. If we end your Membership because you broke these Terms, we do not refund it, except where the law requires it.

We may also end your Membership for any other reason with at least 30 days’ notice. That is ending it “without cause”, and we then refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

24.3 What happens when access ends

When your Membership ends, your access to member features ends, and the licenses in Section 11 end. Your license to your copy of the Playbook (Section 11.2) continues, unless it ended because you broke Section 12, and so does your license to any workshop recordings Section 11.4 lets you keep. When a license ends, stop using the Materials it covered and delete any copies you hold. If your Playbook license ends because you broke Section 12, delete that copy too.

24.4 Your account and data after your Membership ends

When your Membership ends, whether because you canceled, a payment failed (Section 7.10) or we ended it, your account closes, and we delete it and everything you entered in the App, except anything the law requires us to keep. If a payment dispute or a legal claim about your account is open when your account is due to be deleted, we keep your account until the dispute or claim is closed and then delete it; meanwhile, you can still download Your Content. The Privacy Policy (section 8) says which other records we keep, such as payment records, the record of when you agreed to these Terms, and emails with us. When you cancel, and again before your Membership ends where we can, we email you a reminder to download your data (Section 14.4). Download it before your Membership ends: once your account is deleted, we cannot bring it back. If you join again at least a day before your account is due to be deleted, you keep your account and everything in it. You cannot join again on the day it is due to be deleted, or while a payment dispute or legal claim about your account is open. After an ordinary cancellation, your account is deleted within the hour after your Membership ends, so if you change your mind, use Keep my membership in Account & Billing, in the web App at app.ingrafta.com, before it ends. If you join again after it is deleted, you start with a new, empty account. If a payment fails and Stripe’s retries do not succeed (Section 7.10), or you cancel while Stripe is retrying it (your Membership then ends right away), you can still download Your Content for 30 days before we delete it.

If we end your Membership or close your account under Section 24.2, we give you at least 30 days to download Your Content before we delete it, unless the law or a security risk prevents it.

24.5 What survives

Sections that by their nature should continue after these Terms end will continue, including Sections 7 (for amounts already due), 11.2, 11.4 (for recordings you keep), 12, 13, 14.2 (for backups), 14.3, 15, 16.3, 16.5, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33, 35 and 36.

25. Disclaimers

In plain words: we provide the Services as they are, and we do not promise they will be perfect or that you will get any result.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, the disclaimer below does not apply to you. We must provide the Services and any digital content as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and with reasonable care and skill, and you have the remedies the law gives you if we do not. Section 26(d) sets out our responsibility to you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY CALCULATION, FIGURE OR CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT, OR THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE ANY RESULT.

Section 26(c) and Section 35 describe rights this Section does not limit.

26. Limitation of liability

In plain words: we are not responsible for knock-on losses, such as a missed investment gain or a loss from a decision you made using the App, and the most all of us together owe you is what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, or US$100 if that is more. Paragraphs (c) and (d), and Section 35, say where the law does not allow these limits.

(a) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, NO INGRAFTA PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, INVESTMENT RETURNS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY; OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM A FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX OR LEGAL DECISION YOU MAKE, IN EACH CASE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED, EVEN IF AN INGRAFTA PARTY WAS TOLD IT WAS POSSIBLE.

(b) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ALL INGRAFTA PARTIES TOGETHER FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (ii) US$100.

(c) What we do not limit. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability, or that of any other Ingrafta Party, for death or personal injury caused by negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for gross negligence or willful misconduct; or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, including rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act that cannot be waived.

(d) Consumers in the EU and UK. Instead of paragraphs (a) and (b): we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We provide the Services mainly for private use, so we are not responsible to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, including in a business you own or run (Section 11.1).

27. Indemnity

This Section does not apply to consumers in the EU or UK.

In plain words: if someone makes a claim against us because you broke these Terms, misused the Services or added details you had no right to add, you cover the costs that result.

You will indemnify the Ingrafta Parties against third-party claims, and the losses, costs and reasonable legal fees that result, to the extent they arise from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services or Materials; (c) Your Content, including other people’s details you add to your Network list; or (d) your breaking any law or anyone else’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by an Ingrafta Party’s own breach, negligence or misconduct. We will tell you promptly about any such claim. We may choose to control the defense, and you will cooperate with us. You may not settle a claim in a way that affects an Ingrafta Party without our written consent.

28. Resolving disputes

28.1 Try to resolve it with us first

In these Terms, a “Dispute” means any dispute, claim or controversy between you and Ingrafta, or any Ingrafta Party, arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services or our dealings with each other. Before starting a court case about a Dispute, other than in small claims court (Section 28.2) or for an order under Section 28.3, you and we each agree to try to resolve it informally. The one raising the Dispute sends a written notice (“Notice of Dispute”): you to info@ingrafta.com and PO Box 800334, Dallas, TX 75380, USA; we to the email address on your account. The notice must give your name and account email, describe the Dispute, and say what you want. If we cannot resolve it within 60 days after the notice is received, either of us may start a court case under Section 29. Any time limit for bringing the claim is paused during those 60 days. This Section 28.1 does not apply to you if you are a consumer who lives in the EU or the UK, or anywhere else whose law does not allow it, but we still welcome the chance to put things right first.

28.2 Small claims court

Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court in the county where you live or in Dallas County, Texas, at any time, if it qualifies there. A Notice of Dispute is not needed first.

28.3 Orders to stop misuse

Either of us may ask a court at any time for an order (an injunction) to stop the infringement or misappropriation of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property, or unauthorized access to or use of the Services.

28.4 Time limits

Nothing in this Section shortens the time you have under the law to bring a claim.

29. Governing law and where disputes are heard

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any Dispute will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, except that either of us may always bring a claim in small claims court under Section 28.2, and either of us may ask any court that has jurisdiction for an order under Section 28.3. You and we agree to those courts’ personal jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the United States and the law of the state where you live does not allow you to be required to bring the Dispute in Texas, you may bring it in the state or federal courts for the county where you live. Nothing in these Terms takes away a right under your state’s consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

If you are a consumer living outside the United States, including in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law allows.

30. Apple App Store and Google Play

30.1 If you downloaded the App from Apple’s App Store

These Terms are your end-user license agreement for the App. You and we acknowledge that:

  1. The agreement is with us. These Terms are between you and Ingrafta only, not Apple. Ingrafta, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
  2. Scope of license. Your license to the App is non-transferable, and lets you use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing. Each person still needs their own account under Section 4.
  3. Maintenance and support. Ingrafta is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for the App.
  4. Warranty. Ingrafta is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, that are not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are Ingrafta’s responsibility, subject to these Terms.
  5. Product claims. Ingrafta, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
  6. Intellectual property. If a third party claims that the App, or your possession and use of it, infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Ingrafta, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
  7. Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo, or that has been designated by the US Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  8. Contact. Questions, complaints or claims about the App go to Ingrafta Inc., 5473 Blair Rd. Ste. 100, PMB 726808, Dallas, Texas 75231-4227, USA; by mail to PO Box 800334, Dallas, TX 75380, USA; phone (972) 885-7469; email info@ingrafta.com.
  9. Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App, such as your mobile carrier’s or internet provider’s terms.
  10. Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

30.2 If you downloaded the App from Google Play

You also agree to Google Play’s terms of service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App. If these Terms conflict with Google Play’s terms about your use of Google Play, Google’s terms apply to that use.

31. Copyright complaints

We respect copyright and expect Members to do the same. Members cannot currently publish content to other members through the Services. If you believe anything available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to Ingrafta Inc., Attn: Copyright, PO Box 800334, Dallas, TX 75380, USA, or to info@ingrafta.com. Your notice must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  3. the material you say infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it;
  4. your name, address, phone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  6. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

If we remove material you provided, you may send a counter-notice as 17 U.S.C. 512(g) provides. We end the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

32. Export controls and sanctions

You may not use the Services if you are located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo, or that the US Government has designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, or if you are on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You will not use, export or re-export the Services in breach of US or other applicable export control or sanctions laws.

33. Electronic communications and notices

  • You agree to electronic delivery. By creating an account or joining, you agree that we may give you these Terms, the Privacy Policy, receipts, renewal and price-change notices, and other notices and records electronically, by email to your account address (Stripe’s receipts and payment emails go to the email address on your billing record at Stripe), in the App or on the Site. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
  • What you need. To receive and keep them, you need an internet connection, a current web browser, an email account, and software that opens PDF files.
  • Paper copies. You can ask for a paper copy of any notice or of these Terms at no charge by writing to info@ingrafta.com or PO Box 800334, Dallas, TX 75380, USA.
  • Withdrawing consent. The Services are provided online only, so you withdraw your consent to electronic communications by deleting your account.
  • Keeping your email current. You can change your email address in Privacy & Settings. A notice is given when we send it to the email address on your account. Stripe sends its receipts and its emails about renewals, failed payments and expiring cards to the email address on your billing record at Stripe, which we set from your account email when you first go to pay. Changing your email address in Privacy & Settings does not change it. To change it, use Manage billing in Account & Billing, in the web App at app.ingrafta.com.
  • Notices to us. Send them to info@ingrafta.com. Send a Notice of Dispute (Section 28.1) or other legal notice by email and to PO Box 800334, Dallas, TX 75380, USA.

34. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when.

  • Material changes. We tell you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, by email and in the App, and we tell you how to cancel. Changes apply only from their effective date, never to the past. We ask you to accept the new Terms. If you do not want them, you can cancel your Membership before the change takes effect. If you keep your Membership after the change takes effect, the new Terms apply to you from that date, and the App asks you to accept them the next time you use it.
  • Other changes. Changes that are not material, such as corrections or clearer wording, take effect when we post them.
  • Price changes follow Section 7.8.

35. Notices for residents of certain places

  • Rights the law does not let us limit. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, or under any other consumer protection law, that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
  • California. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to this notice: the Services are provided by Ingrafta Inc., PO Box 800334, Dallas, TX 75380, USA, (972) 885-7469. The Membership costs $30 a month, including any tax, as Section 7 describes. To resolve a complaint about the Services, contact us at info@ingrafta.com. You may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
  • New Jersey. If you live in New Jersey, Sections 25 (Disclaimers), 26 (Limitation of liability) and 27 (Indemnity) apply only to the extent New Jersey law allows. Nothing in them limits your rights under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
  • EU and UK. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, and Sections 25, 26(d) and 29 apply to you.

36. General terms

  • Whole agreement. These Terms and any terms shown at checkout are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. For 1:1 and consulting work, see Section 20.
  • Notices in the Playbook and Checklist. The rights, disclaimer and privacy pages printed in the Playbook and the Checklist summarize these Terms. If one of them differs from these Terms, these Terms control.
  • Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency or fiduciary relationship between you and us.
  • Transfer. We may transfer these Terms to a company that takes over the Services, for example in a merger or sale, and we will tell you if we do. It will not reduce your rights under these Terms. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
  • If part is unenforceable. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, that part is changed only as much as needed to make it enforceable, and the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of internet, hosting or other providers, cyberattacks, natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, government action, or the serious illness or injury of the founder. If a live workshop cannot go ahead, we will reschedule it or offer another session or a recording. If such an event stops us providing a material part of the Membership for more than 60 days, either of us may end the Membership, and we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.
  • No other beneficiaries. The Ingrafta Parties may rely on and enforce Sections 16.5, 18, 26, 27, 28 and 29, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce Section 30.1. No one else has rights under these Terms.
  • Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Reading these Terms. Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including but not limited to”. “EU” includes the other countries of the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), so everything these Terms say about consumers in the EU applies to consumers there too.
